Distributions

Elfe-shop distributes products through European Union.
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Delivery

Packages are dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via post with or not tracking (depend of the size) and drop-off without signature. The products are sent by post at your own risk.

In case of return of product(s), you may to do it within 14 days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. And we cancel the order. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products.

To cancel the order, you must inform us in writing and return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, at your own cost and risk.

In case of package's return for any reason, the customer is notified by e-mail. If no answer from him/her within 3 months after the mail, the package will be considered as abandoned.
